birding question: pipits and longspurs, Lake Tawakoni, TX?

Does anyone know if Sprague’s pipits and/or Smith’s longspurs might be in the vicinity of Lake Tawakoni in late March (16th through 21st)? I realize they’re not common there at any time of the year, but I don’t know when they would migrate out of the area.
